By reading this Privacy Policy, the User is informed about the way in which CARLES CASAS VILARDAGA collects, treats and protects the personal data that is provided through FREETOUR BARCELONA Audioruta app (hereinafter, the " APP "), as well as your connection and navigation data (hereinafter, the “navigation”) and those other that you may provide in the future to CARLES CASAS VILARDAGA.

The User must carefully read this Privacy Policy, which has been written in a clear and simple way to facilitate its understanding and determine freely and voluntarily if you wish to provide your personal data, or those of third parties, to CARLES CASAS VILARDAGA.

3. OBLIGATION OF FACILITATING THE DATA.

The APP does not request data directly although it allows activating the mobile’s email so that the user is able to send comments to info@audioruta.com. Thus, even if indirectly, the APP of CARLES CASAS VILARDAGA can send the User's email to comply with the established purposes.

4. WITH WHAT PURPOSE WILL CARLES CASAS VILARDAGA DEAL WITH THE PERSONAL DATA OF THE USER AND FOR HOW LONG?

• Receive emails that the User can send to info@audioruta.com with comments regarding the APP.
• Receive emails that the User can send to info@audioruta.com with photographs or audio recordings.
• The APP will use the location service of the mobile device for its operation although this location will not be shared any time.
• Manage your contact requests with CARLES CASAS VILARDAGA through the channels.

The User's data will be kept for the necessary period for the fulfillment of each purpose or until the User requests his or her withdrawal to CARLES CASAS VILARDAGA, opposes or revokes his or her consent.

5. WHAT USER DATA WILL CARLES CASAS VILARDAGA TREAT?

CARLES CASAS VILARDAGA may deal with the following categories of data, depending on the request made by the User:

The APP does not use ads.
